PRIVACY POLICY
We respect the rights of our Customers and other data subjects to their private information and process their personal data lawfully and fairly to justify their trust. We collect only those Customer data that are necessary for the performance of the Company’s activities and (or) when visiting, using, browsing the Company’s websites (hereinafter – the Website). We ensure that the collected and processed Customer data will be secure and will be used only for specific purposes.

1. Basic concepts
1.1. Company or Personal Data Controller – Wesky, UAB, a private limited liability company established and operating in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, with the legal entity code 305653150, registered office address Aludarių g. 5-52, LT-01113 Vilnius, data are collected and stored in the Register of Legal Entities, which is the administrator of the www.wesky.aero website.
1.2. Services – all services provided by the Company.
1.3. Personal data – any information relating to a person – A data subject whose identity is known or can be identified, directly or indirectly, by means of data such as a personal code, one or more personal, physical, physiological, psychological, economic, cultural or social data signs.
1.4. “Processing of personal data” means any operation carried out on personal data: collection, recording, storage, classification, grouping, aggregation, modification (addition or correction), provision, publication, use, logical and / or arithmetic operations, retrieval, dissemination, destruction or other action or set of actions.

1.7. Privacy Policy – means this document setting out the principles and rules for the processing of Personal Data when using the services of the E-Shop.
2. General provisions
2.1. The Customer grants the Company the right to perform all personal data processing actions to the extent and for the purposes provided for in this Privacy Policy.
2.2. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts regulating the processing and protection of Personal Data, this Privacy Policy, the Company’s internal procedure for processing personal data.
2.3. The Customer is considered to have read and agree to the current version of the Privacy Policy when using contact form.
2.4. The Company has the right to change or supplement the “Privacy Policy” in full or in part. Additions or changes to the Privacy Policy take effect from the date of their publication, i. y. from the date they are published on the website.
3. Collection, processing and storage of personal data
3.1. The Company respects each Customer’s right to privacy. Customer’s Personal data (ie name, e-mail address, telephone number) are collected and processed for the following purposes:
3.1.1. The following Personal Data is processed for the purpose of contact form: name, e-mail address, telephone number;
3.1.2. For the purpose of direct marketing, the following Personal Data is processed: name, e-mail address, telephone number;
3.2. The Customer, as a Data Subject, has the following rights related to the processing of the Customer’s Personal Data:
3.2.1. Apply to the Company with a request to provide information on whether the Company processes its personal data and, if so, to get acquainted with the processed personal data;
3.2.2. Apply to the Company with a request to correct his / her personal data and / or suspend the processing of such personal data, except for storage – in case it is established that the data is incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate;
3.2.3. Apply to the Company with a request to delete his personal data, which is processed only with his consent, if the Customer revokes the relevant consent. This right shall not apply if the personal data requested to be deleted are also processed on another legal basis, such as processing necessary for the performance of the contract or the performance of an obligation under the applicable law;
3.3. The Company implements organizational and technical measures to protect Personal Data from accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, disclosure, as well as from any other unlawful processing. The level of personal data protection measures applied by the Company complies with the requirements of the law of the Republic of Lithuania. The customer’s personal data is encrypted from the moment of his authorization in the E-shop. The purchase procedure is carried out via the https: // protocol. Only persons authorized by the Company have access to Personal Data.
3.4. The Client agrees that in cases where it is necessary in accordance with the instructions of the competent authorities and / or the Client’s Personal Data may have been used for illegal activities, or there are reasonable suspicions of identity theft, which are subject to pre-trial investigation by the competent law enforcement authorities, or other legitimate grounds or purposes, his Personal Data would be stored on the Company’s servers for longer than set forth in this Privacy Policy.
3.5. Upon receipt of the Data Subject’s instruction or request related to the processing of Personal Data, the Company shall provide the Customer with a response, satisfying the request / instruction or reasonably refusing to do so, no later than within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the Data Subject’s request. If the Data Subject so requests, the response must be provided in writing.
